I’m Polly Simpson and a few years ago I started a project to be bolder. I wanted to help my family, my friends and my community to get fitter and to stay fitter.
As a qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Cardiac Rehab and exercise referral specialist (CIMSPA Member ID 491289), I work with people in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, who want to improve and maintain their health and fitness. If that’s you, why not join us…
